Hi there is no greater experiance then working in a restauranr, face to face, with people you would have  never dreamed to meet, it opens you up, it builds confidence, spoils you, and builds dreams, to open a great restaurant, with you to writ a succseful book and Movie and you are working on your next succes. Thanks for the comment Scott! Restaurants are an industry that depend heavily upon water in many ways. Not only in the everyday operations but also because of the amount of water it takes to, for instance, raise beef steers, or produce vegetables or sustain dairy cows. The Unicef "Tap Project" already has tied these two together and has been growing fast all over the United States. Project Remake has been on a break--literally...a crashed computer among other bumps in the road, but I am ready to go full speed ahead. The Global Water Crisis is serious and needs attention in many ways! Thanks again for the comment! Patti
