We usually have 3-4 person tents....it's between seasons though so I'm sure inventory is minimal. There have been a lot of sales going on, so it's quite possible we're out. Just thought I'd give you another place to check to possibly find a deal. you can also look at http://www.sierratradingpost.com/search/SearchResults.aspx?allWords=tent Sierra Trading Post usually has excellent deals.
My pleasure...If it's a 3-4 person tent, you will pay more. My earlier price quotes were assuming a one or two-person tent. You can probably find some deals at www.noc.com; it's the end of our season and we do have some closeouts going on. Let me know what you decide on!
Hey Jeff, first day back and somehow you knew that by asking a question....first question: what size tent? Is it for one person or two or more? You shouldn't need to spend more than $350 to $400. Any of the name brands are good. Mountain Hardware, NorthFace, Sierra Designs. Make sure they are 3 season. My advice always is layers based on the weather. If it's winter camping, make sure everything is 4 season if you are above 3000' in elevation or in the Northern Tier of States. Any other questions, give me a shout!
That's the one. We ran it out of Mpls for about 40 years, then the 'pro's' from NY got involved and really messed up a great product. I chose to seperate from the company and ened up with a loyalty marketing company. Completely different and I'm very glad I made that choice.
