Conspiracy theories abound, stories about competitors leaving bad reviews, customers hijacking Yelp, I’ve heard all the reasons why Yelp is single handedly responsible for the demise of the bar, yet here is the real story.

That's clear enough.  Straightforward, honest, and easy.  The truth can be painful, and if a restaurant refuses to learn from feedback, they will experience a pretty quick burn rate.  Good job on the video.  You should produce one about staff training!
