I have seen some of the inspections that I have conducted on establishments in my area appear on FACEBOOK. People are going to local heath departments, grabbing scores, and posting them. What an incentive to scorng well huh? My clients have reacted to this added pressure by asking me to conduct classes in the area for them. It seems to have worked as my failure rate has deminished.
