PerformanceScope is developing a normative fast casual guest satisfaction survey program.
We've all seen the "YOUR OPINION COUNTS!" invitations on guest checks. These direct guest feedback programs are used by leading restaurant chains (i.e., darden, brinker, panera, etc) to capture guest satisfaction and create service culture. The new nation-wide normative Guest Index will help fast casual growth chains or all sizes, including independents, do the same thing - with the added benefit of comparative scores. The program will be designed to be plug-and-play and will be extremely cost effective.
We have a few key people in place to put this together. But, we are interested in all thoughts and help. FohBoh may be the perfect place to get some GREAT input! What are some of the different ways companies will use this? How will operators hear about it? What are the most important factors to making this valuable to operators?
