Food has seriously become nothing more than a way for some rich SOB that has never worked in a restaurant a way to make a serious living.
For some of us, It actually is a love and a passion, and Most important a very very critical step in nutrition and keeping our bodies healthy. Please don't get me wrong, a foie gras burger and some crisp pork belly are always on my minds menu. But what I am rambling on about is that these owners have no idea of the important role they are playing with our bodies and the very safety of these bodies. Next time your out ask the manager to tour the kitchen. Get a good look at the dish station or the food prep sink before you gooble down that bbq chicken wrap!
Do you get my point! Make the owners pass the health examinations, If they want to play chef, make them just that!
