Voice of the Restaurant Industry

During my search for a fried green tomato recipe, I came across an article that tauts my favorite as a springtime treat. I never knew this. Now I feel like my desire for the dish is like wearing white after Labor Day — in other words, I should avoid it.
Of course, as with anything, there are trends. Some that I have latched onto are frequenting restaurants that source locally and enjoying small bites instead of big ones. Otherwise, I'm not so cosmopolitan.
With the explosion of food-related shows and networks, it appears that everyone can be masters of their culinary domains. I myself have followed fads from time to time (any remember the low-carb diet?). But ultimately I think some of us would rather just enjoy what pleases our palates instead of listening to what experts tell us to like. After all, items such as hamburgers and pizza are timeless.
In conclusion, no one will intimidate me. I'll eat my fried green tomatoes any time I want!

Every day, millions of potential customers search for restaurants on hundreds of different online sites. At least one of these sites displays the wrong restaurant name, phone number, or address for 68% of established restaurants.
If your information is incorrect or missing, potential customers will be unable to find your restaurant and will move on to a competitor. And that’s not good for business.
Do you know how your restaurant appears online? Make sure potential customers can find you easily. In less time than it took you to read this, you can discover where you are losing out on customers.
