Now, "The Cat's out of the Bag"

If you have worked in both Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) and Full Service Restaurants, you realize that they are quite different.



Keep in mind, the window of opportunity to 'Wow the Guest' is much shorter within the QSR.



The impression we leave with our patrons must be immediate, memorable, and leave them with a reason to return for a future visit.
