I’m extremely proud to say that our entire bagel crew is ServSafe certified. It’s a requirement of both DC and Montgomery County that at least one certified food service manager is always on the restaurants premises. This is very important. The things that has bothered me for years is the dominating mentality of only the people in the position of “management” were certified!
