Provide a financial incentive for dropping your cell phone in a box. They would get an opportunity to use the phone during their break only. You keep the box.

Cell phones @ work

Any thoughts on banning cell phones from the work place? Is it easier said than done? Is it an enforceable policy? Any feedback would be welcomed.
