Since its debut in early 2002, Food and Drink has profiled a wide range of leading companies in the food and drink industry, including divisions of McDonalds, Compass Group and White Hen Pantry. In addition, it has published news and expert advice about such vital topics as food safety and employee training.

Neither are new positions--Scott Hume was the ME before he was Exec ME, then Exec Editor and then Editor in Chief. The ME role has been open since Scott moved up. Now Scott is moving out and both roles are open...

Either will report to Pat Dailey, the publisher and editorial director.

Actually, we use very few freelancers--there are just a few of us on staff, but we do the bulk of the writing... How about you?
