Here's a rundown of tonight's supper. I haven't done much with white fish recently, but all in all, this turned out so well that I ate far more than I needed to.
Golden Creole Tilapia -
Very Simple here, I took some fillets and rolled them in a seasoned flour, with pepper, granulated garlic, paprika, dry parsley, dry mustard and a pre-packaged mix of creole spices and salt. Then I pan-fried them in garlic butter, giving them a touch of lemon juice after turning them once.…
