It is a pleasure to meet you! My name is Albert Cloutier and I am a restaurant manager and independent filmmaker in Honolulu, Hawaii. I just posted a new hour long documentary that I made entitled "Lono's Bounty" on my FOHBOH page under videos. The film deals with the important issues of food security and sustainability. I made this entirely self-funded documentary as a labor of love. Please watch it and share it freely. I also have produced two other food/ service films on DVDs which are available at WorldClassProductionz.com.
