well I've been in this industry for almost 5 years now and i love every second of it. I'm about to finish my associates in culinary and hospitality in December and then will be going back to school for business because of the economy. I'm still trying to figure out what to do with myself and who i should become. I love to learn and well this is why i chose to come on here to gain a deeper knowledge outside of the textbook.
