- Started cooking professionally at 15 years of age. 2 Stars (NY Times) at 22 years of age. Certified Master Chef Italian Cucina ( la Scuola di Cucina Italiana- Todi Italia 1988)
Opened 1st restaurant with wife & partner Robin in 1992. Created, owned & operated the Metropolitan Restaurant & Skyline Catering (465 seats) 1995-2000 (sold to large corporation).
Created, Built, owned & operated Bar '45 Restaurant & 1940's style bar (55 seats) 1995-2000 (sold to local restauranteur).
Created, own & operate the Executive Chef catering company with wife / partner Robin 1992-2010(present).
Created, produced & directed reality television show "A Catered Affair" 2008-2010 (presently in development with Film Garden Entertainment).
