Thanks for the kind words. Flying Star was not the best fit for me based on what I eventually want to do. I am opening the new restaurant with Matt DiGregory (Range Cafes and Standard Diner) in the old Range space on Wyoming just south of Montgomery, which is currently being renovated. How are things at Jinja? The west side location is a stone's throw (literally) from our new home and we have been several times with great results. All best. Brian
