Biography: Ultrathin Pizza Shells & Flatbreads makers of the hottest Thin Crusts & Flatbreads on the market. We are a custom formulation pizza crust manufacturing company located in New York.

At our factory we make High Quality- Authentic- Thin Crust Pizza Shells in both whole wheat and a white flour blend. We call it "Thin" crust because each par baked shell is literally 1/16th of an inch thick which cooks up to a delicious crisp crust. We also offer a "Traditional" crust which has more of a bite to it and measures 1/8th of an inch. Our crusts shells range in size from 7" to a true 16" round and we recently have 2 news shapes; 11" Oval and Our Rectangle (16x5). The taste is like no other and the shells magnificently pick up the flavor of any topping allowing chefs to easily create a new signature item.

Since our product comes fresh-frozen it eliminates the entire dough making process, machinery, costly labor and ingredients. Simply defrost the Crusts, top with your own ingredients and Bake or Grill in under 5 minutes in any oven!!

Our crusts are not only unique and consistent in flavor, size and shape but have a long shelf and are extremely durable making them a very reasonable addition to any establishment.
