They design video camera system software specifically for restaurants that actually red-flags suspicious activity. It also has a unique "Dashboard" feature, which essentially allows the restaurateur to spend only a few minutes on the system and monitor/enforce countless policies and procedures for an entire day. It can usually be integrated with existing video camera systems. They just integrated with a local TGI Fridays(who already had a digital camera system) and dropped(among other things) their bar cost by 3 percentage points.
Anyway, I thought with you being in the business you are on, there was a potential relationship there.
