Tony Di Rico has spent over 30 years assisting business leaders who are often challenged by frustrating employee-related problems. Human resource management challenges cost companies time, money, resources, and lost opportunities and reduced productivity. My company Profit Hunters International in partnership with Winslow Research Institute offers employee assessments that provide critical information to understand why people think and behave as they do. Assessments take an inventory of individuals' strengths, and indicate the areas where a person has the potential for significant improvement. Learn how you can use employee assessments, from the industry's leading assessment provider, to address your human resource concerns in the area of "Employee Development" and "Employee Selection". Our clients who use our assessment system report sales increases ranging from 20% to 60% and reductions in turnover cost of 15% - 50%.
Years in the Industry

Thanks for the clarification. For the next months I am crazy busy with projects involving the Georgia Restaurant Association versus working with individual companies. Down the road your services may prove useful in my endeavors ~ with my current projects they are not applicable as I am busy forming new chapters and roundtables.
We work with consulting companies like Franklin Covey, Rich Dad Coaching, Denis Waitley, Tom Feltenstein etc. They use our system to better serve thier customers who in turn get the benefits noted in my prior posting which then gives you higher customer satisfaction and an additional income stream. Would you like to learn more about our system? A short 15 - 20 minute chat might be worth your time.
Thanks for reaching out to me ~ it sounds like you have a great program. Although I am athlete in my personal life, I do not incorporate the sports business in my endeavors. I keep mainly to the hospitality field and am not involved right now in venture capital funding projects.
