Biography
My first restaurant job was while I was in college - Cattlemen's on the Redondo Beach pier. I started as a hostess and "bean girl". It's been in my blood ever since. I had the opportunity to work for California Pizza Kitchen for 10 years. The skills and knowledge I obtained there has allowed me to continue my career in hospitality training.
