- Biography
- Tom leads the talent consulting and acquisition process for Thomas Paige International. He has successfully led searches at the executive through board levels for well over a decade, placing leading business professionals and executives across numerous disciplines in restaurants, hotels, food service, retail, and other consumer service businesses. Tom was previously an Executive Partner with the national search firm, The Lucas Group, (est. 1970), where he established and grew the market share of the highly successful Restaurant, Hotel and Food Service Division. Prior to The Lucas Group, Tom was with several multinational restaurant, hotel, food service and other organizations where he had significant hands-on leadership experience in operations, strategic growth, talent acquisition, human resources, organizational development and training. Tom is a graduate of California State University in San Francisco where he earned a Bachelor Degree. Tom is a member of the Alumni Advisory Board of his Alma Mater.
