Yes I did have kids this year in a old family consumer science kitchen. Our commercial kitchen opens this Fall. That was the hardest part leaving TCA with all the great equipment and going a year on electric, but I knew I was getting brand new eventually so it is worth the wait. Drinks are on me this summer. Yes, Steve does have an advantage with the way he is allowed to run his program. My CATE director would never agree to it and has put some limitations on me. I have been gone a year and just finished Region 13 certification. I will be at all three events - TRA Summer Conference, Expo, and Family Consumer Science Conference. I am excited, but it was a long year and completely different than college. I have a lot to learn and would love to bounce some idea off you. We are opening our new commercial kitchen as we speak.
