Biography
Thomas is a hospitality professional with over 12 years experience in restaurants, hotels, catering, branding, marketing and sales. After earning a degree in Hospitality Management he began his professional career on the islands of Grand Cayman and St. Croix, USVI, working with entrepreneurs and successfully opening several restaurants. Upon relocating to Washington, D.C. Thomas began to work for the famed Willard Intercontinental Hotel and focused his energy on managing food and beverage in a fine-dining environment while dealing with high-profile clients. Working for Deloitte and Touche he managed large-scale events and all catering while working directly with senior executives at their largest facility in North America. The last three years have been spent consulting in the hospitality industry and continuing to build a portfolio of clients through investor networking, start-up operations and establishing brands.
