I'm currently working with 3 different restaurant concepts, preparing them for franchising. One of the concepts is an interesting new fast casual Indian restaurant concept.

The restaurant industry lost one of it's best yesterday. While many of you posting here at FohBoh are casual or full service people you need to respect Carl for promoting the restaurant business and improving QSR to more then just hamburger and fries. Carl was an innovator at offering better quality food and dinning experience for his guests. He is truly the last of our legends in this business along with Ray Kroc, Dave Thomas, and Colonel Sanders.

Carl was a people person. He truly… Continue

Hello Ted,
I would like to personally invite you to my site...YouGottaMenu.com!! Its a place where you can advertise your business, promote your special events & invite your customers there to blog about food related events. Your customers will also be able to exchange recipes, join groups and interact with other food customers from around the world!! It's a different concept, but I think that's the draw. I am very excited about the future of this site. My company (Goins Enterprises) is currently launching a national campaign to promote this website. We feel that as we are promoting nationally, our members should promote to their own customers. I think that this site will give "Ellen Giminski" of Denver, the opportunity to experience your establishment & browse your menu and pictures. This will entice Mrs. Giminski to visit your establishment on her next trip. This, (I think) is a great formula for giving your customers a more intimate
look at your establishment.

We have also designated a place on the Home Page where we will doing "Close Ups" on Restaurants, Chefs & Special Events. Please stop by and take a look. Please contact me with any comments or constructive criticisms.

Hey Ted: I would appreciate connecting with you. Wolfgang Puck would be a great fit for what we are doing. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Ted, Is the Wolfgang's establishment interested in adding new items to the menu. I represent a company in Norway who is cage raising Saithe Fish in an Eco Friendly enviroment under limited production. This product is monitored under full tracability and is fed all natural protein feed. The Fjords are some of the cleaninest waters in the world and we are the only company in the world utilizing this process. This fish comes with all the full credentials of the Eco groups as well as the Norwegian Ad Fishing Council. The fish has more Omega 3 and 6 than any other fish for sale in the market. Ciao, Al

Greetings Ted:
You have a very impressive history along with a very successful brand. Would you be interested in learning how our Winslow Reports could increase your sales and reduce turnover by 15% - 60%? Here is an overview of our Winslow Research Institute. We have been in the assessment business for over
40 years having started in the athletic business. The program has been successfully used by all 30 NHL Teams, 13 NFL Teams, 5 NBA Teams, 16 Olympic National Teams, 500+ Colleges and all of Major League Baseball for the last 38 years. In the business world we work with such notable companies as FranklinCovey, Rich Dad Coaching (franchisee selection), Denis Waitley, Jack Canfield - America's Success Coach and author of the Soup for the Soul series, Oracle Corporation, Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) and thousands of other small and large US, Canadian and International companies throughout the world. Call me at (214) 295-5237 to set up a full demo which would take about 45 - 60 minutes depending on the amount of questions you might have. Or if you wish send me an email to TonyDiRico@ProfitHunters.biz with a couple of dates & times that best suits your schedule for lets say an hour and I will in turn send you a GoToMeeting invite for a Webinar demo of our product.
At your service,

PS Again our client's are seeing a 20% - 50% reduction in turnover cost with the use of our human behavior assessment tools. Not to mention the increase in revenues through enhancement of their current employees and hiring better people. For instance; "My sales grew 60% in 2005 over 2004 and I attribute that to hiring better people which I attribute to the use of the Winslow Profile System". - Marty Giles - North Star Ford.

Your welcome Ted. I studied Carl and other innovators like him when at J&W. More importantly to me, Carl was a respected philanthropist and always took the time to respect and reward his employees. We can all learn lessons from that.
