Tara Hustedde has 10 years of experience in strategic public relations, fundraising, marketing, branding, media relations, special events, and field marketing. She has a proven track record as a team leader and can also boast achievements as an important individual contributor in the agency, not-for-profit, public and private sectors. She has worked in a variety of industries including restaurant, hospitality, healthcare, entertainment, lifestyle, retail, telecommunications, development and construction.

Before launching her own consulting agency in 2007, Tara worked for several national restaurant groups. Most recently she was employed by Outback Steakhouse Inc., as the National Manager of Public Relations and Marketing for Bonefish Grill, a polished casual seafood restaurant with more than 130 locations throughout the United States. As company spokesperson she developed relationships with national and local media outlets, created and managed a national public relations plan and budget, created and implemented national promotions and special events, developed and supervised partnerships with non-profit organizations and coordinated all collateral material development.
Prior to her position with Bonefish Grill Tara worked to rapidly advanced brand awareness in new and existing markets while with Chipotle Mexican Grill and Checkers/Rallys, Inc. This success was a direct result of her ability to capture an evasive customer base through development of comprehensive marketing training for individual units; creation and implementation of customer education programs; implementation of aggressive community relations and fundraising efforts and development of highly effective marketing teams well-equipped to understand the unique needs and operations of distinct field units.

Tara has also worked with clients such as Tiffany & Co., Pfizer, Rubin Development, Baylor Heart Hospital, Pamela Baines, ENT, The Ford Amphitheatre at the Florida State Fairgrounds, Blue Bell Ice Cream, Epix Holdings Corporation, Maggiano’s Little Italy, The Palm Restaurant, Robb & Stucky, Tractor Supply Co. and more. These clients relied on her expertise to develop and implement business positioning; local and national public relations and overall image development.
