Sure, OPM is the only way to go. It can be complex, so it's hard to discuss in an email or message. I would join a group on FohBoh that deals with restaurant financing, start a discussion about angel financing as well as search for a corporate attorney locally, that specializes in private placements. Also, search FohBoh for financing, private placements, limited partnerships to learn more and connect with those that wrote the posts.
