Hey Skinny: It was great seeing you at Jennie's the other night. Boy she must've been in a bad mood yesterday with a hangover and a wildcat loss. I'll bet you were happy to see duke go down. Sorry I we didn't have much time to talk. I would love to get together for lunch soon or maybe even golf. I should have no problem outdriving you now that you weigh 150 lbs. Keep in touch big boy - it would be fun to get Bryan A. Bascom you and I or I've been talking to Weis and Swingley and we are threatening to get together to tee it up in Columbus. Scott: YOur Momma didn't raise no fool. You are in Arizona? You picked the right time that's for sure. Congrats on the NC victory over the Duke. I didn't get to watch the game I was at the pre-opening party for Rob Perez's new restaurant Saul Good. I got to see Stinnett and Jonathan there. We had a blast. Pa is going well. I've all kinds of stuff starting to happen. Hope everyone is doing well. Call me when you get back.

Darden Announces Leadership Succession Plan

Darden Restaurants, Inc. (NYSE: DRI) announced that Clarence Otis is stepping down as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Darden's Board of Directors has appointed the Company's current Independent Lead Director, Charles A. Ledsinger, Jr., as Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Board, effective immediately. The Company also announced that it has amended its corporate governance policies to provide for the separation of the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer roles.
