Biography: I started working in the industry when I was 17 years old at a privately owned bar and restaraunt called SouthPaws, in O'fallon Illinois, I moved from busser all the way to bartender/ manager. The owner decided to sell to Hotshots. I went to Olive Garden in Fairview Heights in 2005. After i found Texas Roadhouse ( much closer to my home ) I decided to apply as a server.... I talked to Shackelford ( Manager ) and the rest is history, i have enjoyed the past year working @ the roadhouse.

(This did not happen @ Texas Roadhouse) So you know how they say never F*&^ with your server.... well here is a story for ya! When I was working at a certain restaraunt in Fairview ( you can look at where i have worked) a table pissed off one of the servers... to protect the guilty i will not mention names.... his table was running his ass off being rude just all around a shitty table.. they ended up ordering dessert.... at the time we were in charge of making our own desserts.....he…
