Coincidence...I think not!
Biography
I have had a passion for restaurants, service and food since I was a child. I literally grew up in this business, beginning with potato peeling in my aunt's catering kitchen. I spent 12 years working in the service industry. There are very few jobs in a restaurant that I have not undertaken; from washing dishes to tending bar. I have served some of New York's finest food and wine. Working in the restaurant industry afforded me the opportunity to pay my way through school and pursue another great love: art and photography. But the call of this industry drew me back into a chance to open my own place with friends. Needless to say...slap me hard if I ever try to do that again!!! That experience was a valuable lesson. Now I take that lesson and apply it to helping restaurant professionals and small business owners.
Advance Me, Inc is a company who has the entrepreneur and his spirit at the heart of their business. I can relate to that! So I spend my time informing restaurant owners that there is an alternative way to derive working capital for their businesses. I leverage a business' future credit card sales for a lump sum of cash today. Its a great program that was designed to fit this industry like a glove.
I absolutely love what I do. Who wouldn't love hanging around in restaurants with top owners, top chefs and top professionals?! I appreciate every opportunity I get to sit with an owner and consult how to inject a dose of cash into their operation, and its best application. I admire and respect all business owners who put in the hours on their feet and the mental energy it takes to build something from the ground up and continue to keep it growing.

The Little Entrepreneur That Could...I Think I Can, I Think I Can

We all know the story of The Little Engine who faced an uphill climb. For every small business owner, some days it feels the same. In today's market place we are faced with staggering food and fuel costs, limitless competition and a consumer more finicky then ever before. Just like the mountain that lay before The Pony Engine, today's small business owner faces intense and similar obstacles. The moral of that story was to teach children the value of optimism. Let's face it, our businesses need… Continue

Jimi Hendrix music...a GREAT touch. I consult with some small growing restaurant companies in the US and Mexico. Can you help with all/part of the financing for an established Mexican restaurant concept planning to enter the US market?
