All of us are in the trenches daily fighting to achieve the best guest experience to be one of the standing when all is said and done. Kitchen Manager Meeting 03/08

Posted on April 6, 2008 at 4:35pm 1 Comment

Never underestimate the power of Teaching and Learning. On a monthly basis I have began to gather my managers and lead employee's by department. The time that we have spent has lead to in depth sharing of information on problems that we have faced in several locations and lead to us all finding resolutions to many of these issues that have plauged our teams. The cohesiveness and communication among the group has been a huge factor in achieving victory.

Love your restaurant! Spinacoli rocks! Desserts are huge.

How is your restaruant in Baraboo, WI (Wisconsin Dells). Did it survive the floods? Hope so. We always eat there when we visit. We also like the one by Main Gate in Orlando. You have a great Trainer/Server there.
