Biography: Hello everyone. I am a former restaurauteur, turned consultant, turned website developer. I have just launched two new websites directed at the food service industry. www.restaurantresources.com is a non-directory site, more like an online yellow pages, with real ads by real providers for the industry. www.bestfoodjobs.com is an affordable job board for the small restaurant owner/operator needing to fill those lower paid but essential postitions. We have been getting rave reviews and a wide variety of interest from both restaurant owners and vendors to those owners.

When I bought my first restaurant many years ago I had no idea as to how to find vendors, repair guys, insurance and all the other things a restaurant needs to do business. Back then, the way I got a new vendor (or at least was able to compare pricing and service) was when a company hired a new sales rep for my area. You can bet they showed up at my door soon after.
