It was a great experience meeting with you earlier today and discussing the emerging mobile food marketplace. I learned alot from the encounter and look forward to some feedback in the coming days. A few thoughts that didn't come to mind during our discussions:
1. The ultimate goal is to define and lead the mobile food marketplace.
2. Passion and energy fuel success.
3. Deliver exceptional service, create positive interactions and greet guests with a smile.
4. Improve continuously.

Ray, finally I stepped into FohBoh. You invited me nearly two years ago. Sales have been steady and up for a few locations through these past months. Lost one location - LL would not yield asking for big hike in rents. We shut - now they called back? H-m-m-m.
