Biography
I've done just about everything in a restaurant from washing dishes in a seafood shack to Maitre D' in a 4 Star hotel. When I finally finished B school I decided to not work 80 hour weeks anymore.
Alas, my love for food and wine kept me close to restaurants and I ended up in the wine trade. After 11 years in distribution I left to help build a brokerage portfolio of fine wines from around the globe.
Years in the Industry
From my first restaurant job to now, 31 years.

Haha! No, I didn't even know I was leaving that week. It was sort of out of the blue. I was approached, and it just happened quickly.

Sorry I missed your get together. I had a Father/Daughter Dance Event! Nothing like Grape Juice (not fermented), cookies and screaming little girls. Great Regional work too on Friday!
