Ramien, just joined FohBoh as well. My company just launched a business intelligence/POS backup application into the restaurant industry. We are looking for feedback on the direction we have taken, and would like to speak with someone in Buckhead Restaurant Group about participating in a 90 day pilot program. We compliment most POS systems, and are looking for a few feedback and expert opinions. Can you tell me who within the organization handles the analysis of the transaction data.
