Ultimate Cherry Cookies

Posted on May 14, 2008 at 8:40am 0 Comments

I spent my weekend enjoying my mothers day as best possible. Then Sunday night I had to make 3 different types of cookies. For a friend who was away trying to win a competition. I figured if he won or if he lost the cookies would be comforting.

I have the first recipe up for the Ultimate cherry cookies on my blog. Tomorrow and Friday I will be adding two more recipes. This wonderful cookie is chock full of cherry. Check it out and the pictures at… Continue

From a mom, wishing you all a happy mother day! I can't wait for Sunday I get the whole day off, I don't have to do anything. Hubby will cook, and clean and I will get to do whatever I want.

I plan on taking a long hot bath with a good book, sleeping in (if my body will let me,) and just being lazy all day long. I really am super excited about it lol.

Any Food Bloggers out there?

Posted on May 3, 2008 at 8:36am 3 Comments

I have two topics

One I am curious to know if there are any other food bloggers on here, if there are drop me a line and give me your site address so I can check it out. Even if you aren't a food blogger, you just have a blog, give me the link and let me know I would love to check out some other sites from the members on here.

Second, no food on my site today, even I need a break. I was recently tagged by a fellow blogger to write seven useful facts about myself. It… Continue

Posted on May 2, 2008 at 7:14am 7 Comments

So I saw FohBoh on a friends blog, and decided to check it out. I thought it looked really great, and being that I operate a blog about food I thought that I would join.

After joining I realized that this is a place basically for people in the Restaurant industry, and all I do is run a food blog. So I am not sure if I belong here or how welcome I am going to be.

I love food, especially baking, and everything I know I learned either from my mother, my husband or just by… Continue

Hi there and welcome to a great food network!
I joined back in Jan 11th and have enjoyed meeting a lot of great people. Please take a look around and start posting replies and comments to all the discussions and blogs. I would even start some based on your areas of interest and expertise! I know that I have learned a lot so far.
You can also join different groups. I started one call Pacific Northwest Food Network.
I have also sent you a friend request, please accept it! I will add you too! Again, thanks for joining. I know you will have a great time!
