Biography: I've enjoyed cooking for as long as I can remember. And after a few other careers, my life has come full circle to what I love to do the most-cook!
Now I'm able to help people return to their dinner tables at home. Helping them slow down and enjoy some great food.
My new adventure with my personal chef business is to get kids into the kitchen. I always love a new challenge and am looking forward to the rewards I'll recieve as I teach these new culinary prospects.

More children's menu choices please!

As a strong advocate for teaching children to eat healthy and make better food choices I've started kids cooking classes through my company. I'm not only teaching important kitchen skills but giving these children an opportunity to prepare what they are about to eat. We used on old 'teen living' classroom and each week for 8 weeks my daughter (5th grade at the time) and I taught them how to make a meal, set a table, kitchen sanitation, the importance of sitting down as a family or friends. We had a lot of fun. We even made up a club design/ logo and printed it on White aprons I bought at Sam's Club. They thought it was more cool then t-shirts and the guys loved it even more then the girls!
