Couldn't help notice your blast of posts on 2/26 and then before that back in June 2009. You have some interesting perspectives and would enjoy seeing you post more often.
Thanks for your contributions!
You learn something new every day! I guess my fear is that it takes away from the "personal" expereriance. Of course, what difference is there really between pen and paper and a hand held device. Neat to know what is going on across the frog pond.
Thanks for the kind words. I am interested in hearing more about your idea. I notice that you have worked in fine dining as well, I also do know of one fine dining establishment in Detroit that uses handhelds for orders. I still am having a hard time getting use to the idea. Let's chat.
I wanted to personally invite you to join our discussions in regards to cheeses at the Cheese Group on FohBoh. Every week we introduce a new cheese and invite you to find it in your area, buy it, try it and then dicuss it with us. Take a look at all the FohBoh groups while you are at it. Looking forward to hearing from you. Dana

If your information is incorrect or missing, potential customers will be unable to find your restaurant and will move on to a competitor. And that’s not good for business.
Do you know how your restaurant appears online? Make sure potential customers can find you easily. In less time than it took you to read this, you can discover where you are losing out on customers.
