Biography
Having worked abroad in providing trained staff to foreign diplomats, dignitaries, royalty and high profile individuals. I have had the supreme honor of working and breaking bread, with a multitude of different cultures.
Currently, I am writing a book entitled, "The Art of Serving Well". The objective being, to provide individuals currently working in the food industry with valuable coaching, inspiration, and most auspiciously to provide an immediate infusion of instructions to newbies attempting to break into the industry in order to secure a job, in this demonstrative economy.
I teach staff to serve with grace, safety and efficiency. I indoctrinate staff in the art of "wooing" the customer, without superficial platitudes.
I make my living by identifying food service inefficiencies and customer service barriers. I study the issues. I design the cure, implement the action which resolves the problem. If it sounds like “Silver Service” it is, modified to serve customers, be it upscale or fast food.
My experience allows me to spot trends, build customized programs and infrastructure, in order to meet those demands. Resulting in stronger diversified growth and a cadre of new possibilities. If I don’t have it, I find it. If I can’t find it, I create it.
What makes me different? I'm homogenized, I mix well. It's not always about the money. For me it's the people who fascinate me!
Years in the Industry
Well let's say, it's more than 10+
