Connie Baugher, MA is President of One Fat Frog Restaurant Equipment located just outside of Orlando FL. One Fat Frog Restaurant Equipment is a 100% woman owned company. Connie has her Master's Degree in Administration and has worked in some aspect of the food industry from front of the house, to School Food Service Management to Restaurant Equipment Sales & Service for over 15 years. (And you ask, how is that possible as Connie simply can't be a day over 29...) Ms. Baugher is fluent in English and German and types a mean 70 wpm. While Ms. Baugher has experience in all aspects of food service, she is much better front of the house than back of the house and you're more likely to be invited out to eat rather than to her home for a meal. Connie is dedicated to keeping Central Florida's restaurant economy in good shape by eating out several times a week.
Connie has been recognized in various publications from Who's Who to Lake Mary Life Magazine. In her previous management position, her organization was recognized at the Best of Orlando and the Best of Seminole. Connie Baugher has chaired and been a team member on various accreditation teams across the state of Florida and has also sat on Quality Assurance Committees. One Fat Frog Restaurant Equipment is quickly becoming Central Florida's most trusted dealer through setting high standards and maintaining a team commitment to value, integrity and honesty.
Ms. Baugher has been leading One Fat Frog Restaurant Equipment's expansion efforts in the areas of internet marketing & sales, New & Used Equipment, Service, Installation & Delivery. She currently serves as President, CEO and head bottle washer. As president of One Fat Frog, Connie has increased company visiblity of One Fat Frog on the internet with over half a million hits for "one fat frog."
Connie enjoys consulting with new startups and working from concept to completion. In her free time she dreams about quilting, kayaking, roaming the woods of Montana and spending time at the beach. In reality she suffers from carpal tunnel syndrome and mommy of two syndrome. Connie lives in Central Florida with her two children, German Shepard and three-legged cat.

For a while it got quiet around here... my wrists hurt, I distanced myself from the 'puter... and now... watch out- I'm BACK!

I'm the Director if Marketing for a large QSR management group in NYC and until next week the Marketing FohBohist.
I'm heading down to Fort Lauderdale for a few days from the 17th though the 21st and while I'm there I was hoping to try to do some interviews for possible job openings in the Marketing field while there.
I really want to relocate my family to the area and was wondering if you have heard of any buzz or contacts I might be able to reach out to.
