Voice of the Restaurant Industry
I'm looking to get some inspiration using superfruits for desserts. The main superfruits I'm looking to use are exotic ones such as acai, acerola, baobab, noni, goji, mangosteen and dragonfruit.
I'm thinking to make healthy desserts such as smoothies, blended fruit bowls and sorbets, but would love some addition inspiration!
