Hello Nate,
I would like to personally invite you to my site...YouGottaMenu.com!! Its a place where you can advertise your business, promote your special events & invite your customers there to blog about food related events. You customers will also be able to exchange recipes, join groups and interact with other food customers from around the world!! It's a different concept, but I think that's the draw. I am very excited about the future of this site. My company (Goins Enterprises) is currently launching a national campaign to promote this website. We feel that as we are promoting nationally, our members should promote to their own customers. I think that this site will give "Ellen Giminski" of Denver, the opportunity to experience your establishment & browse your menu and pictures. This will entice Mrs. Giminski to visit your establishment during her next trip.

We have also designated a place on the Home Page where we will doing "Close Ups" on Restaurants, Chefs & Special Events. Please stop by and take a look. I would love to create a page on our site representing your establishment. All I would need is an email address and a current web address (for pictures and Content). sorry for not responding, i practically never go on here! anyhow, i had been working for chef ripert at le bernardin for a year and he sent me down to philly as pastry chef of his newest restaurant, 10 Arts. of course, it's great working for chef. he's a fantastic person, chef and mentor. thanks for asking! at which restaurant do you work?

Thank you for your comments, sorry for the delayed response, I have been out of the country for a couple of weeks. I would love to meet you and your girlfriend at Proff sometime, as Haidar used to be my roommate and we went to CIA together. I may have some seeds too, so I'll dig in them and see what I come up with. I've had upwards of 200 varieties, anything in particular you were looking for.

Hey thanks! Weve got some really cool stuff in the Hafner line. Unfortunatly, because of the lagging economy and importation cost explosions: I was laid off along with half of the company here in the US. So, Im back on the market!
