The concecsis as far as the video comments go is that it is staged.

A Chef in Florida is caught on tape having a melt down. According to Jacksonville news reports the Chef loses it after learning that he had been fired. He first takes it out on his keyboard then turns on the other workers. Reports say he had a history of violent outbursts and was always mistreating the people under him.
