Last week, a couple of friends and I decided to go out to lunch at The Counter. Let me know when you will be in Chicago next and I will take you to Pizzeria Due, if you like.
When I get out to California, I will have to give Amici's a try! I waited table at Pizzeria Due downtown Chicago (Sister Restaurant to Pizzeria Uno (The Place the Chicago Deep Dish Pizza Got Started) for 3 years and love deep dish pizza, but also enjoy New York Style pizza. There is nothing like folding over a great slice of NY Style Cheese and Sausage and letting the grease drip as you eat a slice!
Where is Amici's East Coast Pizzeria located? Do they make thin crust pizza - traditional style? I love pizza! JP
