- As a long time restaurant industry pro and a part time comedian, I've worked in 18 different restaurants doing nearly every job there is to do in one. In 08 I was fired from my dream job as a standup bartender at the local Olive Garden for a comedy album of songs about working in restaurants that I was working on. Since they hired me knowing what my hobby was I felt it was a breach of my personal rights and it set me on the path advocating Dignity and Respect towards all those people in the industry who are basically slaves to the corporation and the public.
