US v. UK additional customer sales from email campaigns.

Last month we compiled some interesting numbers for an industry seminar using our US and UK clients we sampled over 10,000 locations across the board including restaurants pubs cafes and bars.

With access to broadband being roughly the same now in both countries it was suprising to see that the results showed that the redemption numbers in the UK were much higher than the US. For general monthly emails open rates in the UK were 7% higher at 34% v 27% in the US.

Have you come across anything that does this ? Google Alerts will do part of this but its not any good for social media sites.
