Biography: I I grew up in a small town in Southwestern Ontario and have lived in Toronto, Banff, and Sarnia to name just a few. I have worked for Canadian Pacific, Sheraton, Holiday Inn and independent operators. Now I have the best job in the world...teaching Hospitality and Tourism Management.
