Hi Marc...thanks for the note. Biggest challenge? Not enough hours in the day. We don't have huge challenges in staff retention as we are the biggest game in the interior of Alaska...our servers make huge money. Cost of food is always high here. I really think that having time to be creative in promotions and research of ideas is exciting, but time is my limitation. I'd like to get my wine cellar re-binned more often and find a new format for our wine list. We have about 4000 bottles of wine in our cellar and constantly buying. Each year our revenue increases by about 15% and we'll soon run out of space or meet our ceiling of growth. Strategic planning doesn't seem to be something we can spend much time on....Challenge, it appears that it boils down to TIME!
