What is the general feeling of these?

I for one understand and accept confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. I even accept proprietary products, ideas and services.

What I do have trouble with is Non-Compete clauses.
Have you had to sign one?
Have you ever refused to sign one?

What is your feeling on them?

The market is condensing and owners and operators are scrutinizing every aspect of their business. So what makes a great recognition or frequent buyer program?



Below is what I think makes a good program. It does not come with answers. This is more or less a challenge or score card.
