Foodservice Smartphone Applications
I am a foodie all the way and an experienced BOH & FOH manager. I am currently out of work due to lay-offs and working on building mobile applications for WIndows Phone 7. I was wanting to not only do something in foodservice but maybe for the professionals to use. If you had a wish for a mobile app, what would it be?

Different Size of Wine By The Glass Options

In my bar right now we are looking at working with our standard 6 oz. wine by the glass option but also considering adding some of our higher tier wines with a 9 oz. pour. I have been trying to research to see other restaurants doing this but have come up short. Does anyone out there know of a place doing this and what do you guys think???
