Out of the Box
Yep, this is the craziest lamp I've ever seen. And I love it. I actually think a whole restaurant theme could be based around it. Saw it in a store at Casesar's Palace in Vegas if your interested.
But quirky could be my fortay... I like thinking out of the box. Some of you may wonder what a real estate agent is doing on this forum, but it's just another example of how I think differently. I follow my heart and my passions, and good food & wine happens to be one of those, so why not incorporate it into my business?
My mother worked for years at a Beer & Wine Distributorship so I know a little about the business, and I did my time as a server/bartender in college. Which by the way, I think EVERY human on earth should have to do (and see how hard it is!).
So that's a little bit about why I am here. If you have any real estate questions, whether it's looking for land for a vineyard or leasing or buying commercial space, please let me know. I am at your service!

Real Life Interrupts this Blog...

Well... had big plans for a real fun, quirky post for my first blog here...
but real life interrupts that plan.
I have a friend, that I've never met, but been praying for over 5 years now... we met online...lol. His name is Ed Maynard, and he is a Chief Warrant Officer 2 with the US Army, and flies a Chinook Helicopter. He is currently in Iraq.
It's a very roundabout way that we met but feel like it was some kind of "divine intervention." He's originally from WV… Continue

You may have noticed, I haven't been visiting my FohBoh much lately. You probably know better than I do about the economy and real estate, so both my restaurant project and my clothing store have taken a back seat to a new project.
I am now distributing Mona Vie - it's a fruit juice and the best thing I've ever done for my health. My results have been amazing. So, I am now spreading the word.
My new distributorship is growing quite nicely, whereas my clothing store business (as with most business) has dropped off even more than last year. Many of our customers are in real estate. So...
